Orders may be cancelled before final art is approved, or shipping has occurred on non-decorated products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 10 days of receiving your order. Packing Requirements: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (including tags, manuals, and accessories) to ensure safe handling. Return Address will be provided after email confirmation of acceptance of the return. Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
